Staff Nurse - Nursing

Apollo Hospitals is hiring a Staff Nurse - Nursing to provide patient care, monitoring, documentation, medication support, and clinical coordination. The candidate should have GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification with nursing experience. The requires strong patient care skills, medical record accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to nursing standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients.
• Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate nursing and medical records.
• Assist doctors during rounds and procedures.
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams for patient care.
• Support patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Educate patients and families about care instructions.
• Report clinical changes to doctors immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of care areas.
• Follow hospital nursing policies and ethical standards.
