Nursing Officer - Nursing

The Nursing Officer will support patient care delivery by ensuring accurate monitoring, timely medication, clear communication, and proper clinical documentation. The candidate should have problem-solving ability, critical thinking, nursing judgment, and teamwork skills to support patients across OPD, OT, ward, or assigned clinical departments. The requires close coordination with doctors, nursing supervisors, pharmacy, diagnostics, and patient care teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in assigned departments.
• Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, treatment response, and comfort level.
• Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, oxygen, and prescribed care safely.
• Assist doctors during OPD procedures, OT workflow, dressing, and clinical rounds.
• Use critical thinking to identify patient risks and escalate concerns promptly.
• Maintain medication charts, nursing notes, handover records, and patient documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical and support departments for smooth patient care.
• Follow hospital nursing protocols, infection control, PPE, and biomedical waste rules.
• Support patient education and family communication under guidance.
• Deliver safe, ethical, and patient-centered nursing services.
