Staff Nurse - Nursing

The Staff Nurse will ensure safe nursing care delivery by following patient safety standards, infection control practices, medication safety guidelines, and proper documentation processes. The candidate should be able to coordinate with doctors and support departments to maintain smooth patient care workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care to patients in assigned clinical areas.
• Monitor patient vitals, oxygen level, pain, symptoms, and treatment response.
• Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed nursing care safely.
• Follow patient safety, infection control, hand hygiene, PPE, and biomedical waste protocols.
• Assist doctors during rounds, dressing, procedures, and emergency care.
• Maintain nursing notes, medication records, care plans, and handover documentation.
• Report abnormal findings, medication concerns, or deterioration immediately.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, lab, radiology, billing, and patient care teams.
• Support admission, transfer, discharge, and patient movement.
• Deliver safe, ethical, and compassionate nursing services.
