Nursing Officer - Nursing

The Nursing Officer will provide patient care, clinical monitoring, medication support, documentation, and nursing coordination at Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad. This requires GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification with 0–6 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside nursing care as per doctor orders and nursing care plan.
• Monitor patient vitals, pain, intake-output, oxygen level, and treatment response.
• Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and nursing procedures safely.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, dressing, and emergency situations.
• Maintain medication charts, nursing notes, handover reports, and patient records.
• Follow infection control, hand hygiene, PPE, and biomedical waste protocols.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, lab, radiology, billing, and patient care teams.
• Maintain patient comfort, safety, dignity, and confidentiality.
