Clinical Nurse - Nursing

The Clinical Nurse will support specialized patient care services with focus on ICU, oncology, OPD, patient monitoring, clinical teaching, and nursing workflow coordination. The candidate should be experienced in handling complex patient needs, supporting junior nurses, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with doctors, oncology teams, ICU, pharmacy, billing, and patient care departments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide experienced nursing care in ICU, oncology, OPD, or assigned clinical areas.
• Monitor patient vitals, treatment response, symptoms, pain, and clinical progress.
• Support oncology nursing workflow, patient counselling, and treatment monitoring.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, dressing, emergency care, and OPD services.
• Guide junior nurses on clinical care, documentation, and patient communication.
• Maintain nursing notes, medication charts, oncology records, and handover details.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, billing, laboratory, radiology, and patient care teams.
• Follow infection control, PPE, medication safety, and hospital nursing protocols.
• Report patient deterioration or adverse reactions promptly.
• Deliver skilled, safe, and compassionate clinical nursing care.
