Center Manager

The Center Manager will manage center operations, revenue generation, team management, patient experience, service quality, and performance reporting at Qi Lifecare, Delhi. This requires Any Graduate, MBA, or Hospital Administration qualification with 5–10 years of experience in revenue, revenue generation, center operations, team management, and patient experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage complete center operations including appointments, patient counselling, therapy scheduling, billing, and follow-up.
• Monitor revenue performance, sales conversion, patient inflow, collection, and center productivity.
• Lead and motivate center team to achieve service quality and business performance goals.
• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, patient counsellors, front office, billing, and support teams.
• Handle patient complaints, service delays, billing queries, and operational escalations effectively.
• Maintain daily MIS, revenue reports, team performance reports, patient trackers, and follow-up data.
• Ensure center SOPs, documentation, compliance, service standards, and patient communication protocols are followed.
• Improve patient experience through timely coordination, clear communication, and service recovery.
• Support local marketing, referral engagement, patient retention, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Track operational gaps and take corrective actions for better center efficiency.
• Train team members on patient experience, counselling process, reporting, and service discipline.
• Ensure organized, ethical, and performance-driven center operations.
