Assistant Manager - Doctor Relations

The Assistant Manager - Doctor Relations will be responsible for doctor engagement, referral relationship management, consultant coordination, doctor onboarding support, service communication, and relationship development at Cloudnine Hospital, Delhi. This requires MBA, MHA, or any graduate qualification with 1–2 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, consultants, and referral partners.
• Coordinate doctor meetings, hospital service updates, and relationship-building activities.
• Support consultant onboarding, documentation, communication, and schedule coordination.
• Promote hospital specialties, facilities, clinical services, and patient care processes professionally.
• Track doctor referrals, feedback, service concerns, and relationship follow-ups.
• Coordinate with OPD, admission, billing, clinical teams, and patient care departments.
• Maintain doctor database, visit reports, engagement records, and relationship MIS.
• Support doctor meets, CME programs, health camps, and referral activities.
• Resolve doctor-related operational issues by coordinating with internal departments.
• Strengthen doctor network, referral trust, and hospital service visibility.
