Assistant Manager - Nursing

The Assistant Manager - Nursing will support nursing administration, staff supervision, duty planning, patient care monitoring, nursing documentation, infection control, and nursing service improvement at Cloudnine Hospital, Delhi. This requires GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or M.Sc Nursing qualification with 1–2 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising nursing services across assigned clinical departments.
• Monitor patient care quality, medication administration, nursing procedures, and documentation standards.
• Support duty roster planning, shift allocation, and nursing manpower coordination.
• Guide nursing supervisors and staff nurses on SOPs, patient safety, and infection control practices.
• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacy, laboratory, billing, administration, and patient care teams.
• Check nursing records, handover sheets, medication charts, and clinical documentation.
• Ensure emergency trolley readiness, ward supplies, equipment, and nursing material availability.
• Monitor biomedical waste, PPE usage, hygiene practices, and infection control compliance.
• Handle nursing-related service issues and escalate major concerns to nursing leadership.
• Ensure safe, disciplined, and patient-centered nursing service delivery.
