TPA Executive

The TPA Executive will be responsible for handling insurance-related processes including pre-authorization, claim documentation, coordination with TPAs/insurance companies, and ensuring timely approvals and settlements. The requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of hospital billing and insurance procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle pre-authorization requests and ensure timely submission to TPAs/insurance companies.
• Coordinate with insurance providers for approvals, queries, and claim processing.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and policy coverage details.
• Prepare and submit required documents for cashless and reimbursement claims.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance-related billing.
• Follow up on pending approvals, queries, and claim settlements.
• Coordinate with billing and medical departments for required documentation.
• Manage discharge processes for insured patients, ensuring smooth and timely clearance.
• Handle claim rejections, discrepancies, and resubmissions effectively.
• Maintain records of insurance claims, approvals, and communications.
• Assist patients and attendants with insurance-related queries and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with TPA guidelines, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and track outstanding claims and receivables.
• Prepare MIS reports related to insurance claims and TPA activities.
• Coordinate with finance and accounts for reconciliation of payments.
• Ensure proper documentation for medico-legal and insurance cases.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and insurance information.
• Participate in audits and support accreditation processes.
• Improve processes to enhance efficiency in TPA operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
