Job Description
The Digital and Branding Manager will be responsible for managing the hospital’s brandentity, executing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent communication across all platforms. Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital and branding strategies aligned with hospital objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong brandentity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Manage and optimize the hospital’s website for branding, user experience, and lead generation.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Oversee social media presence and create engaging, informative, and patient-centric content.
- Monitor online reputation, patient reviews, and feedback across platforms.
- Develop branding materials including brochures, creatives, videos, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with internal departments for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and generate reports.
- Optimize campaigns based on insights to improve ROI and brand reach.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and ethical standards.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis toentify growth opportunities.
