Accounts Executive

The Accounts Executive will manage hospital accounting entries, cash handling support, billing coordination, financial reporting, payment records, reconciliation, and accounts documentation at Aveksha Hospital, Bengaluru. This requires B.Com, M.Com, or accounting qualification preferred with 2–3 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, receipts, payments, and financial records.
• Support cash, bank, purchase, expense, salary, billing, and journal-related accounting work.
• Prepare bank reconciliation, ledger review, collection reports, and payment tracking reports.
• Verify bills, invoices, approvals, and supporting financial documents before processing.
• Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, purchase, stores, administration, and vendors.
• Maintain accounts payable, receivable, outstanding payments, and expense trackers.
• Prepare daily collection reports, expense reports, reconciliation reports, and finance MIS.
• Identify accounting errors, missing documents, or reconciliation differences.
• Use accounting software, Tally, Excel, and hospital systems accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial, vendor, staff, and patient billing information.
• Support audit documentation and statutory record preparation when required.
• Ensure organized, timely, accurate, and compliant accounting support.
