Staff Nurse - Nursing

The Staff Nurse - Nursing will support nursing care, patient monitoring, emergency medicine assistance, OPD workflow, medication administration, and critical care services at Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad. This requires Graduate Degree in Nursing, GNM, or B.Sc Nursing with 0–8 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and provide nursing care based on treatment plan.
• Monitor vitals, patient complaints, intake-output, pain score, and clinical improvement.
• Administer medicines and IV therapy with proper dose, route, and timing verification.
• Assist in emergency situations and support patient stabilization under doctor guidance.
• Help doctors during rounds, dressing, procedures, and bedside clinical care.
• Maintain nursing documentation, medication records, and clear shift handover.
• Support OPD, ward, ICU, and emergency patient care requirements as assigned.
• Inform doctors and nursing in-charge about critical findings or patient deterioration.
• Follow hand hygiene, infection control, PPE, and biomedical waste protocols.
• Ensure safe, respectful, and professional patient care.
