Staff Nurse - Nursing

The Staff Nurse - Nursing will provide bedside care, clinical monitoring, medication administration, emergency support, OPD assistance, and critical care nursing at Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad. This requires Graduate Degree in Nursing, GNM, or B.Sc Nursing with 0–8 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Care for patients in ward, emergency, OPD, ICU, or assigned nursing unit.
• Check vitals, patient complaints, pain score, oxygen saturation, and treatment response.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, oxygen, and prescribed nursing procedures.
• Assist doctors and senior nurses during rounds, dressing, procedures, and emergency events.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care, medication, and patient handover.
• Support safe patient movement for tests, procedures, admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Identify risk signs and report deterioration or abnormal results immediately.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to complete patient care activities on time.
• Follow infection prevention, biomedical waste, PPE, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain patient dignity, privacy, comfort, and confidence.
