The Referral Marketing Assistant Manager will manage doctor referral relationships, healthcare marketing activities, field marketing, business development, referral network growth, and relationship management for Sterling Hospitals, Gurukul, Ahmedabad. This requires Any Graduate or MBA Marketing preferred qualification with 2–6 years of experience in referral marketing, healthcare marketing, doctor referral, field marketing, relationship management, and business development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with doctors, clinics, consultants, and healthcare partners.
- Visit referring doctors and healthcare professionals regularly to promote Sterling Hospitals services.
- Develop referral marketing plans to increase patient referrals and specialty-wise business growth.
- Communicate hospital specialties, consultant availability, facilities, procedures, and service strengths clearly.
- Coordinate with internal doctors, marketing team, operations, front office, and patient care departments.
- Track referral leads, doctor visits, conversion status, patient feedback, and referral performance.
- Identify new referral sources in assigned territories and develop long-term professional relationships.
- Support field marketing activities, health camps, doctor meets, awareness programs, and outreach events.
- Resolve referral partner concerns related to patient coordination, appointments, reports, or service delays.
- Prepare daily visit reports, referral MIS, market feedback, and business development updates.
- Analyze referral trends and suggest improvement plans for better patient inflow.
- Maintain ethical marketing practices and professional communication with doctors and partners.
- Coordinate patient appointments and referral support without affecting patient privacy.
- Support branding, local outreach, and specialty promotion activities as required.
- Contribute to sustainable referral growth and strong healthcare relationship management.
