Consultant Anesthesia

The Consultant Anesthesia will be responsible for anesthesia services, pre-anesthesia assessment, intraoperative monitoring, patient safety, pain control, recovery support, and perioperative coordination at Kailash Hospital, Noida. This requires MBBS with MD Anesthesiology, DA, or DNB Anesthesiology qualification with 1–5 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia checkups and assess surgical fitness.
• Plan anesthesia technique according to patient condition and procedure type.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgeries and procedures.
• Manage airway, vitals, fluids, pain control, and intraoperative emergencies.
• Coordinate with surgeons, OT staff, ICU, recovery, and nursing teams.
• Maintain anesthesia records, consent forms, and post-operative notes.
• Support recovery room monitoring and post-anesthesia care.
• Manage acute pain, sedation support, and emergency airway requirements.
• Follow anesthesia safety, OT protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
• Communicate with patients and relatives regarding anesthesia process when required.
• Support OT efficiency and surgical case readiness.
• Ensure safe, ethical, and protocol-based anesthesia services.
