Administrative Assistant - Nephrology

The Administrative Assistant - Nephrology will manage nephrology office support, documentation, patient coordination, department communication, and administrative assistance at Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi. This requires Any Graduate or Diploma in Office Administration with 0–6 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the nephrology team with day-to-day administrative and office tasks.
• Maintain department records, patient files, appointment data, reports, and registers.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, dialysis unit, front desk, billing, pharmacy, and diagnostics.
• Support appointment scheduling, patient follow-up, report tracking, and consultation coordination.
• Prepare documents, letters, Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations, and department MIS.
• Handle patient enquiries and guide patients regarding nephrology department process flow.
• Track pending documentation, test reports, discharge-related papers, and follow-up requirements.
• Maintain proper filing, data accuracy, and confidentiality of patient information.
• Support customer service activities with polite and helpful communication.
• Ensure smooth, organized, and patient-friendly administrative support.
