Clinical Pharmacist

The Clinical Pharmacist will support medication review, drug safety, prescription evaluation, patient counselling, adverse drug monitoring, and clinical pharmacy services at MGM New Bombay Hospital, Navi Mumbai. This requires Pharm D qualification with 0–1 year of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions for dose, drug interaction, contraindication, and safety.
• Support medication reconciliation and clinical pharmacy documentation.
• Counsel patients on medication use, precautions, and adherence.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, pharmacy, ICU, and patient care teams.
• Monitor adverse drug reactions and medication-related issues.
• Support antibiotic stewardship and rational drug use where applicable.
• Maintain clinical pharmacy records and intervention notes.
• Promote safe and effective medication practices.
