Roles & Responsibilities

• Examine patients and assess medical conditions accurately.
• Provide primary medical care to admitted and emergency patients.
• Monitor patient progress, treatment response, and recovery status.
• Coordinate with consultants regarding patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
• Participate in ward rounds and patient case discussions.
