Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per treatment plans.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress regularly.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments safely.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
• Assist doctors during rounds, examinations, and procedures.
• Support pediatric, gynecology, PICU, OT scrub, and ward care activities.
