Security

The Security will manage hospital security operations, entry-exit monitoring, visitor control, staff and patient safety, emergency response support, incident reporting, and security team coordination at Criticare Asia Hospital, Mumbai. This requires any graduate qualification with 10–15 years of security experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor hospital entry and exit points for patients, visitors, staff, vendors, and vehicles.
• Supervise visitor movement, gate pass process, security registers, and restricted area access.
• Ensure patient, staff, visitor, and hospital property safety at all times.
• Coordinate with reception, administration, emergency, parking, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
• Support crowd control in OPD, emergency, billing, waiting, and patient care areas.
• Respond to incidents, disputes, suspicious activity, emergency calls, and safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain visitor logs, vehicle records, incident reports, duty registers, and security documentation.
• Guide security guards on discipline, duty allocation, patient-friendly behavior, and safety protocols.
• Support ambulance movement, emergency vehicle entry, and patient shifting when required.
• Prevent unauthorized access to ICU, OT, stores, pharmacy, administrative, and restricted areas.
• Report major incidents, safety gaps, and security risks to hospital management.
• Maintain a safe, disciplined, and secure hospital environment.
