Referral Marketing Executive

Criticare Asia Hospital is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Referral Marketing Executive to develop and manage referral networks, strengthen hospital outreach, and drive patient inflow through strategic engagement with healthcare professionals and institutions. The focuses on building strong partnerships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers to promote hospital services and enhance brand visibility.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• entify and onboard new referral sources to increase patient inflow.
• Promote hospital services, specialties, and super-specialty offerings to external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers.
• Plan and execute referral marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Organize and participate in CMEs, health camps, and medical awareness programs.
• Educate referring doctors about hospital facilities, specialties, and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain and update a database of referral doctors and institutions.
• Track referral patterns and analyze data to improve marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with doctors and departments to ensure smooth patient experience.
• Collect feedback from referring doctors and share insights with management.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends toentify opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-up on referred cases and patient conversions.
• Prepare MIS reports on referral activities and performance metrics.
• Support branding and promotional activities of the hospital.
• Strengthen long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Collaborate with internal teams for service improvements based on referral feedback.
• Ensure compliance with ethical marketing practices in healthcare.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly patient acquisition targets.
