Job Description

Manager HR is responsible for managing hospital HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, compliance, payroll coordination, staff engagement, and workforce planning. The requires MBA HR, PMIR, MLS, preferably with LLB, and 5 to 8 years of experience. Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage complete HR operations for hospital staff and departments.
  • Lead recruitment, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing requirements.
  • Maintain employee records, joining documents, personal files, and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and staff communication.
  • Support attendance, leave, payroll input, and duty roster coordination.
  • Implement HR policies, workplace discipline, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain statutory compliance records and HR audit documentation.
  • Support training, induction, and staff development programs.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment trackers, and manpower dashboards.
  • Manage exit formalities, employee feedback, and retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate with finance and administration for HR-related processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee, salary, and hospital information.
  • Support legal and compliance-related HR matters when required.
  • Build a professional, compliant, and people-focused hospital work culture.
