We are seeking an Executive – Quality to support hospital quality management, compliance, audits, documentation, and continuous improvement activities. The candidate should have knowledge of healthcare quality standards, patient safety protocols, hospital documentation, and process monitoring. This ensures that hospital departments follow quality policies, regulatory requirements, and service excellence standards for better patient care outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of hospital quality policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
- Conduct internal audits across departments and document observations.
- Monitor patient safety indicators, quality metrics, and departmental performance data.
- Assist in NABH, accreditation, statutory, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Prepare, update, and maintain quality manuals, SOPs, formats, and audit records.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for quality improvement initiatives.
- Track incidents, complaints, near misses, and corrective action plans.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions on quality standards and patient safety.
- Monitor infection control practices, documentation compliance, and process adherence.
- Prepare quality reports, audit summaries, and management review data.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective preventive action implementation.
- Ensure proper documentation of clinical and operational quality indicators.
- Participate in quality rounds and identify gaps in service delivery.
- Assist departments in improving workflows, turnaround time, and patient experience.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance across the hospital.
