We are looking for an Officer – Content Creation to develop healthcare content for hospital marketing, patient awareness, digital campaigns, and brand communication. The candidate should have strong writing skills, creativity, research ability, and understanding of patient-friendly communication. This includes creating social media content, blogs, captions, doctor communication, and marketing copy while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Create content for hospital social media, website, blogs, brochures, and campaigns.
- Write patient-friendly captions, health awareness posts, newsletters, and promotional copy.
- Coordinate with doctors and departments to collect accurate medical information.
- Convert healthcare topics into simple, clear, and engaging content for patients.
- Support digital marketing campaigns with creative copy and content ideas.
- Prepare content calendars for health days, hospital services, and specialty campaigns.
- Review and proofread content for grammar, accuracy, tone, and brand consistency.
- Assist in video scripts, reel concepts, patient education content, and doctor branding.
- Research healthcare trends, patient awareness topics, and competitor content.
- Coordinate with designers for content-based creatives and visual communication.
- Ensure all content follows ethical healthcare communication standards.
- Maintain content records, approvals, published links, and campaign documents.
- Support PR, event, and internal communication content when required.
- Optimize content with relevant healthcare keywords for better online visibility.
- Work closely with marketing, digital, branding, and hospital operations teams.
