We are looking for an Executive – Digital Marketing to manage hospital digital campaigns, social media, website content, SEO activities, and online patient engagement. The candidate should have practical knowledge of healthcare digital marketing, campaign execution, content planning, analytics, and lead generation. This focuses on improving online visibility, patient inquiries, and digital brand presence for the hospital.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage hospital digital marketing activities across social media, website, and online platforms.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns for doctors, departments, services, and health awareness.
- Create and coordinate content for social media posts, reels, blogs, and promotional creatives.
- Support SEO activities to improve hospital visibility on Google and search platforms.
- Track online inquiries, leads, appointment requests, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, agencies, and internal medical teams.
- Monitor website content accuracy, service pages, doctor profiles, and landing pages.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, or other digital platforms when required.
- Analyze digital metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, and cost per lead.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital communication.
- Respond to online queries or coordinate with call center teams for lead follow-up.
- Support online reputation management, reviews, and patient feedback activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Research healthcare trends and suggest creative campaign ideas.
- Ensure all healthcare content follows ethical, accurate, and patient-friendly communication standards.
