Critical Care Nurse

The Critical Care Nurse will provide specialized nursing care to ICU and critical patients at Max Healthcare, Mumbai. This requires GNM or B.Sc Nursing with 2–7 years of experience in critical care, ventilator monitoring, emergency response, and ICU documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor critically ill patients, vitals, ventilator parameters, and clinical changes.
• Administer ICU medicines, IV fluids, infusions, oxygen, and emergency drugs as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during procedures, rounds, intubation support, and emergency care.
• Maintain ICU charts, medication records, intake-output, and handover documentation.
• Follow infection control, central line care, catheter care, and patient safety protocols.
• Respond to alarms, code blue, and urgent patient deterioration.
• Coordinate with intensivists, consultants, pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology teams.
• Provide compassionate communication and care support to patients and families.
