Credit Control Manager

The Credit Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s credit management and receivables function. The involves setting credit policies, monitoring customer credit limits, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, and minimizing financial risk. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor credit control policies and procedures.
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
• Reduce overdue balances and maintain healthy cash flow for the organization.
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams regarding credit approvals and collections.
• Review and analyze aging reports and take corrective actions for overdue accounts.
• Follow up with customers for timely payments and resolve payment disputes.
• Approve or recommend credit terms based on risk assessment.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and company financial guidelines.
