Job Description

The Group Product Manager – Domestic Marketing will be responsible for managing multiple product lines, developing high-level marketing strategies, and ensuring strong brand positioning in the market. The involves leading a team of product managers, driving product lifecycle management, and aligning marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. The candidate will play a critical in revenue growth, market expansion, and innovation while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of products across therapeutic segments in the domestic market.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management including launches, growth strategies, and portfolio optimization.
  • Conduct advanced market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide decision-making.
  • Define brand strategy, positioning, and value propositions for multiple products.
  • Drive successful product launches with comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and sales teams to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers and marketing professionals.
  • Monitor market trends andentify opportunities for new product development and expansion.
  • Oversee development of marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure effective allocation and optimization of marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), stakeholders, and partners.
  • Conduct product training sessions and strategic briefings for sales teams.
  • Analyze sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical marketing practices.
  • Drive innovation in marketing strategies, including digital and omnichannel approaches.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, QA, regulatory, and supply chain.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Strengthen brand equity and enhance customer engagement across markets.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and achievement of organizational goals.
