The Assistant Manager – Utility Engineer will be responsible for managing utilities such as HVAC, electrical systems, water supply, compressors, generators, and other critical infrastructure. The involves ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance, minimizing downtime, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams and vendors, monitor system performance, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability of utility services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee operation and maintenance of utilities including HVAC, electrical, DG sets, boilers, compressors, and water systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities to support smooth operations across the facility.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Monitor performance of utility systems andentify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and breakdowns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and engineering guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance logs, reports, and equipment records.
