Nursing Staff

Mane Care Hospital is looking for dedicated Nursing Staff to provide compassionate patient care, assist doctors, monitor patient health, and maintain clinical hygiene standards. The involves bedside care, medication support, patient observation, documentation, and coordination with doctors and hospital teams. The ideal candidate should have strong nursing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work responsibly in a healthcare environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside nursing care to admitted patients as per doctor instructions and nursing protocols.
• Monitor patient vitals such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, oxygen level, and respiration.
• Administer prescribed medicines, injections, IV fluids, and treatments safely and on time.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, wound dressing, emergency care, and patient examinations.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication charts, intake-output records, and patient care documentation.
• Observe patient condition and immediately report abnormal symptoms or clinical changes to doctors.
• Support patient admission, transfer, discharge, and pre-operative or post-operative care processes.
• Educate patients and attendants about medicines, hygiene, diet, follow-up care, and safety precautions.
• Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and infection control practices in patient care areas.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, procedures, surgeries, and routine clinical assessments.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, laboratory, billing, and other departments for smooth patient care.
• Ensure proper handling of medical equipment, consumables, and emergency supplies.
• Follow hospital policies for patient safety, confidentiality, biomedical waste, and documentation.
• Assist in emergency response by supporting CPR, oxygen therapy, and basic life support activities.
• Maintain a caring, polite, and professional attitude with patients, families, and hospital staff.
