Administration Staff

The Administration Staff will support hospital administration, daily operations, documentation, departmental coordination, patient service workflow, staff follow-up, and management reporting at GBL Barala Hospital, Chomu. This requires any graduate or MBA qualification with minimum 1 year of experience in administration, hospital operations, or office coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative and operational activities of the hospital.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, reception, billing, pharmacy, diagnostics, and support departments.
• Maintain administrative records, files, registers, reports, and official documentation.
• Assist in patient service coordination, staff follow-up, and department workflow management.
• Handle internal communication, task tracking, and operational follow-ups.
• Support admission, discharge, OPD, IPD, and emergency coordination when required.
• Prepare daily reports, attendance details, service trackers, and management updates.
• Help resolve patient or attendant concerns and escalate important issues to seniors.
• Ensure hospital SOPs, discipline, cleanliness, and service standards are followed.
• Maintain confidentiality of hospital, patient, and staff information.
• Use computer systems, email, and office tools for daily administrative work.
• Support smooth, organized, and patient-friendly hospital administration.
