Senior Executive

The Senior Executive will be responsible for developing business opportunities, promoting hospital services, building referral relationships, supporting healthcare sales activities, and strengthening hospital visibility in the local market. The candidate should have strong communication skills, field marketing ability, relationship-building skills, target focus, and understanding of healthcare business development. This includes doctor visits, corporate visits, referral follow-up, campaign support, lead tracking, and coordination with OPD, front office, diagnostics, billing, doctors, and patient care teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, treatment facilities, and healthcare packages.
• Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, community partners, and referral sources.
• Generate patient leads, referrals, enquiries, appointments, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, corporates, patients, and healthcare partners.
• Support health camps, awareness programs, outreach activities, and local marketing campaigns.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, referral records, campaign reports, and marketing MIS.
• Coordinate with OPD, front office, billing, diagnostics, doctors, and patient care teams.
• Follow up on enquiries, referrals, campaigns, and planned patient visits for conversion.
• Track competitor activity, local market feedback, and patient service expectations.
• Communicate hospital services ethically, clearly, and professionally.
• Support digital, field, corporate, and community marketing activities when required.
• Strengthen hospital visibility, patient trust, referral growth, and healthcare business development.
