IT Executive

The IT Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day IT operations, including system maintenance, network management, user support, and data security. The involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and supporting various departments with their technology requirements. The candidate will also ensure compliance with IT policies and contribute to system improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity.
• Ensure system security by implementing antivirus, firewall, and data protection measures.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and system permissions.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery mechanisms are in place.
• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Maintain IT documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT services, procurement, and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements.
• Support ERP/SAP systems and ensure smooth operation across departments.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Train employees on basic IT systems, tools, and security practices.
• Assist in IT audits and ensure documentation and compliance readiness.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and track hardware/software usage.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and modernization of IT infrastructure.
