Executive

The Executive – ADL will be responsible for developing, validating, and transferring analytical methods for pharmaceutical products. The involves working closely with R&D, QA, and QC teams to ensure accurate analytical results, proper documentation, and compliance with GMP/GLP guidelines. The candidate will play a key in supporting product development and regulatory submissions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate analytical methods for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Perform analytical testing using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and other advanced equipment.
• Prepare method validation protocols, reports, and analytical documentation.
• Conduct method transfer activities to Quality Control laboratories.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, data, and analytical reports.
• Investigate analytical deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), and OOT (Out of Trend) results.
• Support stability studies and analyze results for product performance.
• Coordinate with R&D, QA, and QC teams for development and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments.
• Handle chemicals, reagents, and standards safely as per safety guidelines.
• Participate in audits and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory chemicals, reagents, and consumables.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to documentation practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in analytical development processes.
