Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive – Packing to manage visual inspection and packing operations while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The involves coordinating with stores for timely material requisition, verifying received materials against requirements, and supporting smooth execution of daily production plans. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cGMP practices, ensuring proper documentation, cleanliness, and discipline within the department.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle visual inspection and packing activities as per standard operating procedures.
- Ensure proper execution of daily packing operations in line with production plans.
- Prepare and send material requisitions to stores in advance for uninterrupted workflow.
- Receive and verify materials against requisitions to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain proper documentation related to packing, inspection, and material handling.
- Follow cGMP guidelines and ensure strict adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the packing and inspection areas.
- Assist in validation, calibration, and verification activities as required.
- Ensure all equipment and instruments are used and maintained properly.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to avoid errors and delays.
- Report any deviations, discrepancies, or quality issues to the concerned authority.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within defined timelines.
- Maintain discipline and follow company policies within the department.
- Participate in training programs and keep updated with new procedures and practices.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of finished products.
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate records and compliance readiness.
- Monitor packing materials usage and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
