Executive, IPQA

Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Executive – IPQA to ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements through effective in-process quality assurance activities on the manufacturing and packaging shop floor. The involves real-time monitoring of operations, documentation review, sampling, and providing area and equipment clearances to support the production of high-quality injectable pharmaceutical products. The candidate will work closely with production and quality teams to maintain compliance, ensure adherence to standard procedures, and uphold the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements on the manufacturing and packing shop floor.
• Perform real-time monitoring of manufacturing and packaging activities.
• Supervise dispensing activities in manufacturing and packing areas.
• Issue bottle labels, outer cartons, and medication guides for commercial batches.
• Provide line clearance, machine clearance, and area clearance before batch initiation.
• Conduct sampling of in-process, reserve, and stability samples as per protocols.
• Perform in-process quality checks during batch execution as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Batch Packaging Record (BPR).
• Review online documents and records including equipment logbooks, dispensing logs, and batch records.
• Verify housekeeping, environmental monitoring, and area cleanliness records.
• Ensure proper documentation practices and compliance with GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
• Check calibration status and perform calibration of IPQA instruments as required.
• entify, report, and document deviations or non-conformities during operations.
• Coordinate with production and QA teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and standard quality procedures.
• Maintain audit readiness by ensuring all records and activities are compliant.
• Participate in internal and external audits and provide necessary support.
• Monitor and ensure proper labeling, packaging, and material usage.
• Ensure proper segregation andentification of materials and products.
• Support validation and qualification activities when required.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness within the work area.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in quality systems and shop floor practices.
