Account Assistant

Job Description:

Sunflower Multispeciality Hospital seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Assistant to support daily financial operations. Theeal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, handling routine accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards. This requires strong numerical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
• Support in GST, TDS, and basic compliance documentation
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
• Manage cash transactions and expense tracking
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data accuracy
• Support senior accountants in day-to-day accounting tasks
