Job Description
The HR Manager will manage end-to-end HR operations, develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, and ensure a positive work environment. This requires strong leadership, decision-making skills, and in-depth knowledge of HR practices in a healthcare setting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

- Oversee manpower planning, workforce budgeting, and talent acquisition.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clinical and non-clinicals.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and hospital policies.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Lead disciplinary actions and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and performance management.
- Drive organizational culture, values, and employee satisfaction initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and MIS for management review.
- Support audits and ensure HR compliance readiness.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes for employees.
- Implement HR systems, tools, and automation for operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Build strong communication channels between management and employees.
- Lead HR team and ensure effective execution of HR initiatives.
- Support leadership in strategic decision-making and organizational development.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
