Staff Nurse

Shashwat Hospitals is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a safe and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with doctors, healthcare teams, and patients to ensure effective nursing care.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and ongoing monitoring.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide wound care, injections, and other nursing interventions safely and effectively.
• Monitor and document patient responses, reporting any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
• Assist doctors during procedures and in-patient care activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and update patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital protocols.
• Ensure adherence to infection control practices, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Support patients emotionally and provide reassurance during their hospital stay.
