Medical Oncologist

Shashwat Hospitals is seeking a Medical Oncologist to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will provide expert care to patients with cancer, guiding them through diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up, while ensuring the highest standards of medical excellence and compassionate patient support.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and manage various types of cancers using chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient condition, test results, and latest clinical guidelines.
• Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust treatment as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and nursing staff, for comprehensive cancer care.
• Counsel patients and families regarding disease progression, treatment options, potential side effects, and supportive care.
• Participate in tumor boards, case discussions, and continuing medical education programs to stay updated with advancements in oncology.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records, including treatment plans, prescriptions, and follow-up reports.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, medical ethics, and regulatory standards in all patient care activities.
