HR Executive

The HR Executive will be responsible for handling recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, training, performance management, and employee relations. The requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including screening candidates and conducting initial interviews with management.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee personal records, HR files, and documentation.
• Manage biometric system enrollment and assign employee codes in payroll software.
• Update employee master data including salary details and personal information.
• Prepare and maintain attendance records and monitor absenteeism.
• Generate long absenteeism reports and initiate corrective actions.
• Schedule and coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Support performance appraisal process including form distribution and collection.
• Prepare police verification reports and coordinate with authorities as required.
• Assist in NABH-related HR activities including training calendars and satisfaction surveys.
• Supervise and monitor payroll processes and coordinate with finance team.
• Track employee confirmations, appraisals, and HOD recommendations.
• Handle disciplinary actions such as late attendance, absenteeism, and misconduct cases.
• Ensure compliance with legal and statutory HR requirements.
• Conduct employee engagement and motivational activities.
• Manage grievance handling and resolve employee concerns effectively.
• Track resignations and ensure proper exit formalities.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
• Manage full and final settlements for exiting employees.
• Deactivate employee records in HR systems after exit completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related records.
• Support audits and inspections related to HR and compliance.
• Perform any additional HR-related tasks assigned by management.
