Registrar

The Registrar will work closely with consultants and medical teams to ensure timely evaluation, monitoring, and treatment support for patients. The includes reviewing patient history, monitoring progress, assisting during clinical procedures, and maintaining accurate medical documentation. The candidate should have strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered medical care.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend OPD, IPD, emergency, ward, ICU, and assigned clinical patients during duty hours.
• Take patient history, conduct clinical examination, and support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitor patient vitals, investigation reports, medication response, and clinical progress.
• Maintain case sheets, progress notes, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and handover records.
• Review lab reports and imaging reports and escalate abnormal findings to seniors.
• Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, ICU, OT, and billing teams.
• Respond to emergency calls and support patient stabilization.
• Counsel patients and attendants under consultant guidance.
• Follow hospital clinical protocols, infection control, patient safety, and documentation standards.
• Support smooth clinical workflow and timely patient care delivery.
• Ensure ethical, safe, and professional medical support.
