Trainee Analyst- Quality control

The Trainee Analyst – Quality Control will assist in performing analytical testing of pharmaceutical samples while adhering to SOPs, GLP, and GDP guidelines. The involves handling laboratory instruments, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely reporting of results. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in quality control processes and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in manufacturing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform sampling and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Conduct testing as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and approved methods.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with GLP and GDP requirements.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and other analytical equipment.
• Record and report analytical results promptly and accurately.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE usage, and EHS guidelines in the laboratory.
• entify and report deviations, out-of-specification (OOS), or abnormal results.
• Support investigations and corrective actions under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory area.
• Coordinate with QA and production teams for sample collection and testing requirements.
• Participate in method validation, verification, and stability studies as required.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and samples.
• Support audit and inspection activities by maintaining proper records.
• Demonstrate good learning ability and continuously upgrade technical knowledge.
• Follow data integrity practices and ensure accuracy of recorded data.
• Assist in preparation of reports, worksheets, and test records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in QC processes.
• Maintain discipline and adhere to company policies and procedures.
