Job Description
Consultant - B and M Retail is responsible for supporting retail business operations, customer engagement, and sales activities within brick-and-mortar (B&M) retail environments. The involves assisting customers, promoting products and services, coordinating retail operations, and supporting business development initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and store performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day retail operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
- Assist customers with product information, service guidance, and purchase-related queries.

- Support achievement of retail sales targets and operational goals.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail procedures, and customer service standards.
