Job Description
The Executive – Audit will be responsible for assisting in conducting audits, reviewing financial and operational processes,entifying discrepancies, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards. The requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work closely with different departments to improve efficiency and compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing internal audits across various departments.
- Review financial records, billing data, and operational processes for accuracy and compliance.
- entify discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement in internal controls.
- Support in evaluating and strengthening internal control systems.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare audit working papers, documentation, and reports.
- Assist in conducting inventory, procurement, and asset audits.
- Analyze data to detect anomalies and potential risks.
- Coordinate with departments to gather required audit information and documents.
- Follow up on audit findings and track closure of observations.
- Assist in implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support in preparing MIS reports and audit summaries for management.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of audit data and reports.
- Participate in risk assessment and compliance monitoring activities.
- Assist during external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of audit activities.
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency and cost control measures.
- Stay updated with audit practices, compliance standards, and regulatory changes.
- Work collaboratively with finance and operations teams.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager or management.
