Deputy Manager - Corporate Marketing

The Deputy Manager - Corporate Marketing will be responsible for corporate tie-ups, healthcare business development, corporate health checkup promotion, team coordination, client relationship management, and hospital service growth at Kailash Healthcare, Greater Noida. This requires MBA Marketing or any graduate qualification with 8–10 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop corporate marketing strategies to increase hospital reach and patient footfall.
• Build relationships with corporates, industries, institutions, HR teams, and business groups.
• Promote health checkups, wellness programs, specialty services, and hospital packages.
• Plan corporate visits, presentations, health camps, and employee wellness activities.
• Generate leads for corporate tie-ups, MoUs, and recurring healthcare engagements.
• Coordinate with OPD, diagnostics, billing, health checkup, and patient care teams.
• Guide marketing executives and monitor visit plans, leads, and conversion status.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and corporate business updates.
• Track competitor activity, market response, and corporate healthcare opportunities.
• Maintain corporate database, communication records, and follow-up trackers.
• Ensure ethical, professional, and result-oriented corporate marketing practices.
• Strengthen hospital brand visibility and corporate patient engagement.
