Fibroscan Technician

The Fibroscan Technician will be responsible for performing FibroScan procedures, patient preparation, liver stiffness measurement support, procedure documentation, equipment handling, and gastroenterology / hepatology coordination at Kailash Healthcare, Greater Noida. This requires Diploma or any graduate qualification with 3–5 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for FibroScan procedure and explain basic process clearly.
• Verify patient identity, doctor request, clinical indication, and procedure requirements.
• Perform FibroScan as per department protocol and senior guidance.
• Ensure proper patient positioning and accurate measurement technique.
• Maintain procedure logs, patient records, findings sheet, and equipment documentation.
• Coordinate with gastroenterology, hepatology, radiology, OPD, and billing teams.
• Check equipment readiness and report technical issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the procedure area.
• Follow patient privacy, infection control, and hospital SOPs.
• Guide patients regarding basic preparation and report flow.
• Support timely procedure completion and report coordination.
• Ensure accurate and patient-friendly FibroScan technical service.
