Medical Admin

The Medical Admin will support hospital medical administration, clinical coordination, documentation control, doctor coordination, patient care workflow, compliance support, and operational follow-up at Arogyam Superspeciality Hospital, Godhra. This requires MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, Diploma in Hospital Administration, or Degree in Hospital Administration qualification with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support daily medical administration and clinical coordination activities.
• Coordinate with doctors, consultants, nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, ICU, OT, and administration teams.
• Monitor OPD, IPD, emergency, admission, discharge, and patient movement workflow.
• Maintain medical administrative records, duty coordination files, reports, and documentation.
• Support implementation of hospital SOPs, clinical protocols, and patient safety practices.
• Track pending clinical documents, approvals, reports, and interdepartmental requirements.
• Assist in consultant coordination, duty planning, and medical staff communication.
• Handle patient care escalations and coordinate resolution with concerned departments.
• Support medical audit, quality, NABH, medico-legal, and statutory documentation when required.
• Prepare daily or periodic medical operations updates for management.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, doctor, and hospital information.
• Ensure smooth, compliant, and patient-centered medical administration.
