Scrub Nurse

Scrub Nurse is responsible for assisting surgeons during operations, maintaining sterile environment, preparing surgical instruments, and supporting OT procedures. The requires GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification with 1 to 8 years of experience. Candidates should have knowledge of operation theatre procedures, sterilization, and surgical assistance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during surgical procedures.
• Prepare and arrange surgical instruments and OT setup.
• Maintain sterile environment in operation theatre.
• Support patient positioning during surgery.
• Ensure instrument counting and safety protocols.
• Assist in pre-operative and post-operative care.
