Physiotherapist - Neuro - Ortho - Cardio

The Physiotherapist - Neuro - Ortho - Cardio will provide physiotherapy assessment, rehabilitation care, neuro rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, exercise therapy, mobility training, and patient education at Max Healthcare, Ghaziabad. This requires MPT qualification.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients for pain, weakness, mobility limitation, neurological deficit, orthopedic injury, and cardiac rehabilitation needs.
• Prepare physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient condition, diagnosis, and doctor advice.
• Provide neuro rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, exercise therapy, mobility training, and gait training.
• Support post-operative recovery, stroke rehabilitation, spine care, joint rehabilitation, and cardiopulmonary conditioning.
• Educate patients and caregivers about home exercises, precautions, posture care, mobility safety, and follow-up.
• Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans as required.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, rehabilitation teams, ICU, ward, and patient care departments.
• Maintain therapy notes, progress records, assessment forms, and patient documentation.
• Ensure safe use of physiotherapy equipment and maintain therapy area readiness.
• Encourage patient motivation, compliance, and confidence during rehabilitation.
• Maintain patient privacy, comfort, and professional communication.
• Deliver safe, goal-oriented, and patient-centered physiotherapy care.
